Before starting my training with Nashaat Zone I suffered from high blood pressure, for two years, and felt my poor health was getting worse each day. It started affecting my state of mind at work, my social life and self-confidence. My doctor suggested I improve my health through diet and exercise that’s when I came across Nashaat zone and within two months of training I had already lost 12 kilograms and lost 6.5 inches on my waist. I never believed I could fix my high blood pressure after so long but trainer Hasnain guided me and showed me that with persistence and an end goal you are definitely able to change your life around.
I was very dedicated to working out and was pushing myself at the gym 7 days a week, I thought this was the right way to train, however this mind set caused a very horrible knee injury leaving me hopeless and depressed for months. After my injury I lost most of my drive and thought I’d never train properly again, that’s when Nashaat zone trainer hasnain noticed my situation and approached me. My Trainer Hasnain showed me new and simple techniques that helped ease my recovery, so allowing me to resume training regularly and learnt safe and healthy ways to workout without putting so must stress on my knee. My body looked leaner, more toned and balanced. Trainer was amazing with providing support and even took the time to design workout plans specific to my injury and now 6 months later I feel stronger and fitter than before.
I was a regular member at the gym and enjoyed working out independently, getting most of my workout plans online and from websites. After a few months of this repetitive cycle I soon found myself with constant soreness and aches.
